Professional Learning provided by Gowrie Victoria focuses on experiences that enhance practices and professionalism throughout your career.

We offer a range of professional learning opportunities relevant to individual educators and staff teams. All are linked to the National Quality Standard, and underpinned by the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (EYLF), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and My Time Our Place, the Framework for School Age Care. In recognition of your individual needs we offer customised training, which can be delivered in your location. Our approach is to provide you with expertise, current practice knowledge and an in-depth understanding of current issues. The National Quality Framework provides the opportunity for educators and practitioners to reflect and review their current practice. Gowrie Victoria can provide you with professional learning and support to incorporate the Frameworks into your every day activity.

Many programs incorporate the use of observation booths so you can observe examples of the learning in practice. In addition, programs are delivered in regional areas and online via our virtual classroom. The eLearning programs are highly interactive, have a focus on professional networking and reflective practices and best of all, you don’t need to travel to access them.
